ADMINISTRATOR (JOB-SHARE)
2.5 DAYS (21 HOURS) PER WEEK -
Week 1 - Wednesday, Thursday, Friday*
Week 2 - Thursday and Friday*
(*initially working ½ day Wednesday each week for a period to be determined)
ACTUAL SALARY: £13,129.00 - COMMENCING AS SOON AS POSSIBLE

DUTIES:
• To provide administrative support to the Management Team, as instructed, to facilitate the smooth running of the home and its interests
• To act as receptionist and first point of contact for all visitors and callers to the home, in person, by telephone and by email.
• To assist in the maintenance of a safe, healthy and comfortable working environment by ensuring adherence to Cote Charity policies and procedures
• To undertake additional duties as required
YOU WILL NEED:
• Recent administrative experience - minimum 5 years
• IT literacy: MS Office - Word, Outlook (email), Excel
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and a good level of numeracy
• Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment, with frequent interruption
• A professional and welcoming manner
• A tidy and professional appearance
• Ability to prioritise work
• Ability to work in a team
• Initiative and self-motivation
• A flexible, 'can do' attitude
• Willingness to participate in a variety of events within the home
• A full clean driving licence: use of own vehicle may be required occasionally
We are a friendly team looking for someone who will be able to get to grips quickly and effectively with how we work. It is very important that you are a flexible individual, able to work to deadlines and often conflicting timescales. Appointment will be subject to satisfactory references and DBS clearance.
